A Bit About Me

I was born in the city of Curitiba, Brazil, and that is where I spent most of my life. At only 17 I decided to pack my bags and have a change of scenario, moving on my own to The United States to pursue my lifelong dream of being a movie Director. Through scholarships and a lot of courage I moved to the city of Columbia, South Carolina. Over the years as a Media Arts student in the University of South Carolina I have learned about what it takes to achieve this dream of mine and nothing has scared me off yet.

Long days of filming, even longer nights of editing, managing schedules for actors and producing team, collaborating with fellow aspiring cinematographers and writing lengthy scripts. All these things have allowed me to apply my creative mind to work and have made my passion for film grow even larger as I explore new exciting ways to create movies. More than that, my time at UofSC has also opened my eyes to other modes of media creation that I have been exploring with my Minor in Advertising and Public Relations. With it I have also extended my talents to photography and graphic design, two areas which I also vastly enjoy working on. In the future, I hope to keep meeting incredible people and collaborating with amazing creators as I fulfill this dream of mine by pursuing advanced studies on film!
